Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

Orders are accepted via our website or WhatsApp. Acceptance is confirmed manually by Divyaann. For regular tiffin customers, daily meals continue automatically; skip requests for the next day must be shared before the meal ordering cutoff (breakfast 10 PM prev day · lunch 11 AM · dinner 6 PM).

2. Payments

• Payment is made via UPI to 8840204801-2@ibl (Divyanshi Kaushal).
• Uploading a screenshot marks your order as Payment Proof Submitted.
• An automated OCR check helps verify the recipient but does not confirm successful payment. Final verification is done manually by us.
• For custom meal requests, pricing is shared on WhatsApp and you pay manually.

3. Discounts

• FIRST20 — 20% off, valid only on first order, one-time use per mobile number.
• DIVYA18 — 5% off, valid only on the 18th of every month.
• Discount codes cannot be combined.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver across Sector 62, 63, 64, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 119 and 122 Noida. Delivery time is communicated on WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation.

5. Cancellations & refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins; once cooking has started, cancellations are not possible.
• If you receive incorrect or unacceptable food, message us on WhatsApp within 30 minutes of delivery and we'll make it right (replacement or refund).
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the same UPI account within 3–5 working days.

6. Food

Divyaann is a 100% pure vegetarian kitchen. We do not serve non-vegetarian items and do not handle them in our kitchen.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or events outside our reasonable control.
