Divyaann ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you place an order and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Name — to address your order.
- Mobile number — to confirm your order and arrange delivery.
- Order details — items, quantities, custom requests.
- Payment screenshot — uploaded by you as proof of UPI payment.
We do not collect or store your UPI PIN, bank details, card numbers or passwords. UPI payments happen entirely inside your UPI app.
How we use it
- Process and deliver your order.
- Verify payments and resolve disputes.
- Send WhatsApp updates about your order (status, delivery, follow-up).
- Enforce one-time discount codes (e.g. FIRST20) per mobile number.
How we store it
Order records and screenshots are stored securely in our backend with restricted access. Screenshots are never publicly accessible.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share order data only with our own delivery team and never with third-party marketers.
